CUTTING APPLICATIONS
Available in a variety of sizes and lengths, the ULTRA is built around a stress-relieved and machined steel frame with a high-precision motion system. The machine can be configured for pendulum loading or extended in length later to suit growing production demands.
The Burny 10 LCD Plus control system offers intuitive operation, while the integrated Kerf technology tables automatically control speeds, feeds and gas settings. This reduces skill requirements and ensures consistent performance.
Configured as a plasma system, oxy-fuel unit or a hybrid machine, the ULTRA can accommodate multiple cutting torches, automatic torch height control and optional electronic ignition. The integration of INOVA torch control and Lincoln Electric plasma systems ensures high-definition cutting across a wide range of materials and thicknesses.
